At House of Eightin, we stand by the craftsmanship and quality of our 18K gold-plated stainless steel jewellery. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer you a hassle-free refund.

Refund Eligibility

• We accept refund requests for all items within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Please include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
3. You are responsible for return shipping.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Please Note

• All items are eligible for refund if returned within the 7-day window.
• Products that are used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
• Sale items and gift cards are also eligible for refund if returned in original condition.
